Amazing Accident (#2 ex-aequo to the Poets of Zarahemla contest in Second Life)
This morning I'm so happy : My poetry was awarded as #2 ex-aequo to a poetry contest in Second Life.
The theme for the contest of the Poets of Zarahemla POZ Group was in february 'poems about Second Life'.
I'm glad to present you here my rewarded poem :
'Amazing Accident'

'Amazing Accident'
(tankas suite about Second Life)
Once upon a time,
In the Space Inspired Park,
Impalpable instant
Between earth and starry sky :
An « amazing accident ».
Standing lonely
You were waiting a girl :
You had rendez-vous,
But she never came to you,
So you were alone.
Funny Destiny :
A SL’s practical joke
Drove me just near you.
My previous region was full
And I was sent where you were.
Two wand’ring poets…
In this circumstanc’s we met.
« Bad technology,
But amazing accident »,
Dancing, began our Romance...
So magical night,
Unforgettable instant,
Sharing about us
We were both discovering,
Like in mirror, our soul mate.

(suite de tankas sur le thème de Second Life)
« Once upon a time »,
Dans le Space Inspired Park,
Impalpable instant
Entre terre et ciel d’étoiles :
« An amazing accident »
Tout seul sur la piste,
Tu attendais une amie
Qui ne vint jamais.
Quel bizarre rendez-vous,
Qui te laissait solitaire.
Amusant Destin :
Second Life aux goûts farceurs
Me guida vers toi.
Ma « région » était trop pleine
Et j’atterris près de toi.
Deux poètes errants
Se rencontrèrent ainsi.
« Bad technology,
But amazing accident »,
Une danse et la Romance...
Cette nuit magique,
Quels instants inoubliables :
Faisant connaissance,
Chacun découvrait en l’autre
Son miroir, son âme sœur.
Je me débrouillais
Dans mon piètre anglais scolaire.
Toi, de ton côté,
Tu n’avais jamais appris
Que quelques mots de français.
Pour trouver l’amour,
Il n’est pas besoin de mots
Lorsque les cœurs parlent.
Pourtant je t’ai demandé
De devenir mon « teacher ».
C’est avec ton aide
Que j’appris ton doux langage,
Noyée dans tes yeux.
Et c’est blottie dans tes bras
Que je me donnai à toi.
Le monde est petit,
Il a pour seules frontières
Nos fuseaux horaires.
Ton « Bonjour », mon « Bonne nuit »
S’échangent dans un baiser.
La technologie,
Crashs ou soucis d’Internet,
Ne pourront jamais
Te déconnecter de moi
Car tu habites mon cœur.
